Mainland business setup costs in Ras Al Khaimah
The Mainland calculator starts with a licence and registration allowance of AED 8,000–15,000. Your activity, owners, visas and premises can change the total. This is HARF’s provisional budgeting model, not an official government tariff.

The calculator combines a base licence allowance, a business-specific approval allowance, any extra partner allowance, premises-related fee allowance and the visas you choose. Your yearly rent is included only if you enter it and choose to include it.

How does the premises allowance work?
When rent is unknown, the model allows AED 0–1,500 for premises-related fees. When yearly rent is entered, it uses an internal allowance based on rent above AED 20,000. This is a modelling assumption and must be replaced by a checked quotation.
Shop or office rent, fit-out, equipment, refundable deposits and HARF professional fees are separate unless explicitly included. A home-business option is an enquiry about eligibility, not confirmation that you can operate from home.
How do I get a confirmed Mainland quotation?

- Send your plan to HARF on WhatsApp for activity, structure, approvals and fee confirmation.
